Cars are only considered a weapon if used in terrorism, drivers are literally getting away with murder, the suspect is given the benefit of doubt even though it moved the vehicle and debris from the scene, how can corrupting the scene, which meant the police could not prove his speed, be allowed and not questioned. Pedestrians are treated like road kill and other drivers feed the need for police to keep the traffic going, justice for Alfie brings home the need for car drivers to pay the price for taking a precious life and by doing so destroys families, those who have killed are allowed to go on with a short ban on driving, even though they hadn't passed a test to drive in the first place, or corrupting the scene by moving the vehicle and debris from the road, how can this not be against the law when a death has resulted by their actions. No faith in the police or the justice system, our son Matthew has been taken and the CPS have allowed it to be okay for the suspect to go on living with only a fine and 3 points on his licence for having an illegal front bold tyre. There is no justice, recently the police have been challenged for fining some one doing 31mph, the driver that killed Matthew was doing 33 to 43 mph, I rest my case
